10 Skin Care Mistakes We All Make!

We all love smooth, glowing and beautiful skin. But sometimes, we end up making some skincare mistakes! Here are some skincare mistakes which we often make and should stop making it!

  1. Not applying sunscreen: Not applying sunscreen can expose your skin to the blazing sun which can cause sun burn, tan, dry skin, etc. So never Step out without applying sunscreen.

  2. Sleeping with makeup: Sleeping with makeup is your skin’s worst nightmare! It causes pimples, acne, clogging of pores and ageing. So always remove your makeup before going to bed.

  3. High sugar diet: You won’t believe it but a sugary diet can cause many skin problems like pimple, acne, oily skin and fast ageing. Even though desserts are tempting, we should avoid sugary food.

  4. Washing your face with hot water: Washing your face with hot water may be refreshing, but it can rip your skin off from all the oils. It ultimately makes your skin dry.

  5. Not taking enough sleep: Not taking enough sleep can seriously damage your skin. It cause dark circles which can make you look like a panda, but not cute. It makes your face dull and accelerates ageing.

  6. Washing your face with soap: Washing your face with a bathing soap can make your skin dry and dull. So always wash your face with a face wash because it is less harsh on your skin.

  7. Over exfoliating: Over exfoliating can make your skin dry and can rip your skin off from oils in your skin. Instead of exfoliating every day, you can exfoliate thrice a week.

  8. Constantly touching your face: when you constantly touch your face, your face is exposed to all the germs, bacteria and dirt in your hands which can cause acne, pimples and skin infection in severe cases.

  9. Don’t experiment too much: each and every product has Different Formulas and Ingredients. All the Products might not suit your skin. You might end up having dry skin, acne, allergy, rashes or pimples. So stick to the skincare product which suits you the most.

  10. Not drinking enough water: water is necessary for all the skin process and regeneration of our skin cells. Not drinking enough water can make your skin dry, flaky and can also cause pimples and acne. So drink at least 8 glasses a day!

So these were some skincare mistakes which we often make. So make sure you don’t make these mistakes again!
